    Hello,

    will client receive a link to manage theirs booking? To cancel or change the date.
    If so is it possible to set how many days ahead this change is possible depending on the service?

    Hello, thank you for reaching out to us.

    We are not sure if you are referring to the clients are customers or employees. If you are referring to customers, you can configure the “Minimum time required before canceling” and “Minimum time required before rescheduling” options for each service on the Amelia/Services/Settings page.

    Yes, I’am refering to customer not emoloyee. So how the rescheduling or canceling is organized. Will customer get a link to reschedule/cancel option once he books or how this is done?
