Can child skus inherit parent GTINs for feed?

    Hi there,

    Last night I was running through our listings & identified/filled any GTIN gaps existing. In doing so, I got all aligned properly with respect to our parent skus, only to come to find parent skus should not be included in the feed (good learning process). Most of our catalog is set up such that the same product is sold as a single unit, five pack, ten pack, etc. but looking to align single-unit products with the GTINs for the feed.

    With this said, I am wondering if I can set up a feed with a set of variations (limiting to only single-unit listings), such that they inherit the GTIN from the parent sku/ID? I know I could export the catalog, copy & paste our GTINs in bulk to each variation under each parent sku (which appears to be the method to approach this), but that would be a long & tedious process; if child skus could inherit parent GTINs for the feed – please let me know, open to any direction you may have!

    Thanks for using our plugin and reaching out to us.

    Unfortunately using the parent GTIN’s for your variant(s) products is not something our plugin supports.
