Can Cerber block all access to wp-admin apart from whitelisted IP’s?

Hi,

As per the post title, I’m looking for a very simple solution to block all access to wp-login.php and /wp-admin/ to all but a handful of permitted IP’s and IP ranges. Can Cerber do this? It’s not immediately obvious if it can. I know that it’s possible with some custom .htaccess rules but I’ve found those tricky to get right and if Cerber does it, then problem solved!
