    Hello,

Our main Business Directory page has been set to use the “No Sidebar” page layout and this layout is then applied to all other Business Directory pages (Find Listings, Directory, View All Listings, etc.) apart from the Category pages, which display using the “Right Sidebar” page layout.

Is there any way to change the Category page layout to “No Sidebar”?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi @nigeld67

The sidebar issue is one that happens on some themes. There are a couple of options for you to try here:
    – First, see if your theme allows you to adjust the sidebars for our pages. If it does, that’s under Appearance->Themes. You may need to dig around for it in there.
    – If not, try out compatibility mode. Under Directory, Settings, General tab, Advanced sub-tab, check the option “Disabled Advanced CPT Integration” and save the settings.

If that doesn’t work, you may need to do a template override. Customizing the plugin comes with its own risks and complications–like the fact that any changes you make can break other aspects of the plugin and any issues you have need to be tested against an unmodified plugin for support. If you’d like to proceed with that and have the right skill set, you can learn more about that here: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/knowledge-base/general-customization-guide/

    Hi @bobbied

Thank you for your super fast reply!

Selecting “Disabled Advanced CPT Integration” resolved the issue.

    Thanks again.
