Can buttons be made to insert shortcodes?

    shortcode works fine to add. i don′t know why it is not working for you.

    Just add a single block and write [shortcodename]

    Hi. I had the same problem. It seems to work with a simple shortcode like [shortcodename], but if you start adding attributes like this:

    [display-posts category="category name here" posts_per_page="1"]

    the custom icon does not appear in the editor. To solve this, I had to add a slash at the end of the shortcode, like this:

    [display-posts category="category name here" posts_per_page="1"/]
