Can brands and brand logo be imported from excel?

If “Brands” is a taxonomy and the logo is the featured image, then you can use a “Taxonomies” import to do that: https://d.pr/i/hteJyV.

If you have trouble setting it up, please install the plugin that adds “Brands” on a sandbox site at https://www.wpallimport.com/debug/, then open a support request at https://www.wpallimport.com/support/ with details on what you’re trying to do. We’ll have to see how “Brands” and their logos are stored in the database to help.
