Can be made to work with Customizr theme

I tried for ages to get this plug in to work withour success. I searched the internet for issues but found nothing approriate. I then decided it must be the customizr theme overriding it. I found a global setting in the theme for smooth scroll which I susepect was on by default. I switched it off and the plug in works fine.
It is a brilliant plug for solving the problem of the anchor being behind the sticky header.
I hope anyone having problems with the customizr theme can search and find this.
