Can Author be sent an email when a comment on their posts is approved?

    Client is looking for the post author to be notified by email once a comment on their post has been approved. We have explored the options in wordpress Discussion setting, but it does not do what we need. I cant find any plugins for this. Does anyone have any thoughts how to accomplish this?
