Can anyone tell me what a similar template (or even gallery plugin) would be?

I would really like to create a similar portfolio page to the one this artist has (specifically I like the layout of the opening page, the hovers saying “sold”, and how you can see a little description below without having to click on it – but you can still click on an image to open to a new page and not a popup larger image). I don’t think she uses WordPress but I would love help in finding something similar. Thanks in advance!!
