Can anyone recommend a good quality returns/exchanges solution?

    We have tried a few different plugins to try and manage our returns/exchange requirements in the past but none of them seem to be very good.

    Key for us is being able to offer exchanges and not just returns – so if a new item costs more/less etc the difference can be charged or refunded etc.

    I’m really surprised woocommerce don’t offer this as standard with their solution as it seems a basic necessity for running a successful ecom site.

    You can try the premium extension called Returns and Warranty Requests. It allows your customers to request and manage returns and exchanges directly from their user account.

    If you choose to buy it and need support for it, please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.

    We will be able to help you further there.`

    Thanks for this; I’d seen this one before and didn’t realise it could handle exchanges. I will have a look into it though thanks again.
