Can anyone recommend a eShop plugin? Thanks.

I need a plugin for my eShop/e-Commerce, the functions I am looking for include:

1. Same look-and-feel like this website: https://www.templatescraze.com/free-wp-themes/demo/e-commerce/ (unfortunately this plugin doesn’t meet another important requirement)

2. Admin can set up the notification workflow like: Customer can make order and payment (Paypal) on the website, then the Store operator will receive the order by checking on the same website; once the Store operator finish the order’s handling and shipping, there is a way for the operator to mark the order as Finished; once an order is marked as Finished, an email notification will automatically sent to the buyer’s registered email address

3. The store owner/operator can list their products on sale on the home page and give it a flash effect (your demo site doesn’t have it but I assume it’s a easy work and already included in the package I am going to purchase)

4. I also have a plan to turn my site into a membership site so all the registered member can have more privilege to the store.

5. There might be other minor requirement that I have not thought about, If the plugin is not free, then I would like it if I don’t have to pay for every upgrade or bug fix, I assume this is an of-course?
