Can anyone help with Hybrid Connect

My hybrid connect squeeze page is not displaying on the page correctly. I have two. The squeeze page itself with name and email boxes and also the bottom one where you just click. This has happened before and I fixed it but can not for the life of me remember how I did it. I believe it has something to do with connecting to aweber and activating the page. If you don’t do it in a certain order the page displays funky. I just can’t remember and it is driving me nuts. Would really appreciate anyone’s input.
