  • I have used Simple:Press on a few sites. I can’t say that it is ‘so easy a caveman can do it’, but then I don’t think that any forum will be that easy.

You will always have to define your groups, forums, permissions, etc. SimplePress has an excellent Codex for reference and an active help forum.

I did look that up and I might download that.not to sure about the whole uploading process to wordpress.

    It is very easy.

    1. Download the plugin zip file to your local machine.
    2. Log in to your site and go to Admin->Plugins->Add New.
    3. Click ‘Upload’ near the top of the page.
    4. Click ‘Browse’ and navigate to where you saved the zip file.
    5. Click on the file name and click ‘Open’.
    6. Click ‘Install Now’.
    7. Click ‘Activate Plugin’.

    Done!
