can anybody help me to remove sending limits restrictions in Amazon SES?

Just reply to the ticket and explain what u want to do.
Tell them that u just use ses for transactional mails and that there is no option to subscripe or unsubscripe since u dont use ses for marketing.

I think it solved when you contact the AWS support with a request to increase a resource limitation, where you provide explanation for your request.

@dfarin and @ziegel are right: you need to reply to the AWS SES ticket and explain what you want to do. If you Google it, you can find a template that can help you with the message to sent to Amazon.
