Can AntiSpam Bee Be Used With Non WordPress Sites

I have been reading up the documentation for Antispam Bee.
We are a community and we want to detect/block spam detection.

What I observed through the documentation is that Antispam Bee as a spam detection framework is tightly coupled with WordPress.
Can it be used with non wordpress sites? If the answer is yes, please point to a relevant documentation.

I could not find a documentation wherein I could find we run AntiSpam Bee as service, and then use the APIs to check whether a given text is spam or no spam.
