Can an agent get a message without being looged in?

    As far as I see one only gets a message when one’s logged in into the WP Dashboard. Is there another way to get a massage?
    For instance Desktop notification?

    -You will be notified of a new live chat by means of email, audio and desktop notifications.

    But I only hear a sound when logged in. Which is a pity.

    Hi @tastymouse ,
    in hosted mode the only way to get messages is to be logged in to the WordPress with an agent user. You can use 3CX mode which offer the functionality that you need.

    About notifications , the only way to get notifications when you are offline is through email. Please note that email notifications is available only for the site administrator as configured in WordPress settings and only if you have installed any of the available plugin for email support.
