Can also use as “opt-in” form, on the same site?

    Hi,

    I was wondering, when used as “contact form” on the contact page,
    Can it also be used as an “opt-in” form in the sidebar – on the same site?
    What I mean is, use 1 as contact form -(message enabled) -, and use 1 as opt-in form (message disabled).
