Can all the tables be edited from one place?

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

The best solution for this should be the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/row-filter/
With that, you could manage on large table with your products in the TablePress admin area. Then, on each product page, you would enter a Shortcode that would filter the table down to the desired product and only show that row.

Can this answer also be the answer to my question? Can I search for a specific date and delete all manually at the same time? I have no problem doing it once a day.

regarding your calendar question, I will reply in the other thread.

About the editing problem: You are editing in the wrong place. The extra Shortcode parameters need to be added to the page where you are showing the table, not on the table’s “Edit” screen.
