Can agents see all chats?

Am considering using this plugin for a site where people can chat with counsellors.

So that we ensure confidentiality, we need to make sure only the counsellor (“agent”) who accepted the chat request can then see that chat history. Other “agents” should not be able to see each others chats.

Is that possible with this plugin?
