Can add images in 'edit post' page but they don't show when published

Hello

I’ve been having loads of issues with wordpress recently. Looked at error logs and getting messages below.

I add an image in a Post in edit page but when I press publish or preview it won’t work. I can only publish the post if it is just text and no images.

Any ideas?
