Can access wp dashboard but not site after importing database

I am trying to move a site from one server to another. I installed wordpress 3.01, then imported the database via phpmyadmin. I get the famous white screen of death when I go to the main site url – when I went to mysite.com/wp-admin it told me an upgrade was required, so I clicked on the button and can access everything in the admin dashboard okay.

Any suggestions on what I can try? There are no plugins, using the default theme. All of my posts, comments, tags, categories, etc. are there – but can’t access the actual website content.
