Can A Username Be Added To The Donation Form?

We are using the Ultimate Member plugin along with Give. I did have the setting in Give turned on where a donor could also opt-in and create a user account along with making a donation.

Unfortunately, the users show up with a username of their email address. This is due to the fact there is no username field on the Give form. The user simply clicks the checkbox to create an account which defaults to using the email address as a username.

Is there a way to add a username field?

Would love some feedback concerning membership plugins and Give.
