Can a Discount Code be added retroactively?

    Hi,

    My site has memberships with recurring monthly payments (using Stripe).
    A user contacted me who forgot to add the discount code when signing up.
    So I went into that order, added the code in the hope that this would also be used as the price for the next membership payment, but unfortunately it didn’t.
    What’s the correct way of doing this or is this not possible?
