Can a different Button Click slide out the form?

On the front page of my theme, there are a couple of buttons already made where I put in the text of the button and the link to connect it to when it’s clicked – they of course are thinking another web page.
I have Casper’s CTA is a tab on the right side and it works just fine.
Now what can I put in the href link box of the button so Casper’s CTA will slide out? As you know # is the current page, or I can put in a link to a page, or to have Casper’s CTA slide out I could put…?Thanks so much,
