    Hi there! Yeah, that’s a known issue and it probably means that your PayPal API credentials are wrong.

    but i have created a new api, but still it comes out like that, i tried using cart66lite.. api is working just fine ?? ..please help

    I don’t think there’s much we can do to help debug the issue at this stage. As I mentioned, it’s likely that your API credentials are wrong. Please make sure you are using the correct PayPal API credentials, including the Sandbox setting (sandbox vs non-sandbox accounts have different credentials) and try again.

    We’re working on a fix for a better error message, but that won’t really help, since it’ll just say that your API credentials are misconfigured ??

    Thanks For the fast reply… will try your suggestion..

    Same problem for me – and all Paypal verified multiple times. Same information worked in WP Event Ticketing plugin. It’s really too bad, I liked your solution better, but I cannot get it to work!
