    Regarding the report you mentioned, it appears that emails are being sent but not tracked. Could you please verify if email sending tracking is enabled?

    1) Main tracking: Navigate to Express > Settings > General > Track opens > Is it enabled?
    2) Check within the campaign: Go to Campaign> Edit > Scroll down > Was the tracking option enabled?

    Got the exact same issue here. Plugin states email were sent out but nothing happened. Tried to send test email as well – same result.

    Enabled Icegram email sending service – nothing sent out equally.

    Noticed that Icegram Express performed an automated upgrade a few days ago. Problem happened since…

    The host assisted us over the weekend with this query.

    Their feedback/solutions were as follows:

    I set the WP Mail fallback to PHP mail fallback – not sure that this will make a difference.

    I checked server logs and there is no address for [email protected] – well there was not – but I have created that now as the logs were indicating that there was no user. Made this change as troubleshooting move – so not sure if you have a way to test the mail.

    I had another customer with a similar issue and pointed them to :https://elementor.com/blog/best-smtp-plugins/
    Let WP try and send mail using SMTP Authentication and see whether that helps.

    Thanks for your return. Email address is active and works – mail are sent out through the ISP provider’s webmail interface. But nothing is being sent out through Icegram Express be it using Icegram or built-in SMTP.

    When checking Icegram Express logs I can see lines stating that messages were sent tout. But nothing was received. Tried to send test messages through Icegram Express test mail facility but this doesn’t work equally.

    thanks for your message. I have tried sending a test message from Icegram Express today (that didn’t work originally) and all sent fine. Message was sent and received. No actions were performed on our side.
