    Hello,
    I will appreciate and thank you forever if I can get help on this:

    I installed Charitable and it was waorking fine until last night when I tried to access the campaign page. The page did not look right. So I went to my error log and got this:

    PHP Fatal error: Cannot access protected property WP_Session::$session_id in ……./public_html/wp-content/plugins/charitable/includes/public/class-charitable-session.php on line 92

    Any idea?

  • Hi dekoff,

    I suspect that you may have another plugin activated that also uses the WP_Session class. To troubleshoot this issue, could you try disabling all plugins, then re-enable them until the problem reappears?

    I tried that. I don’t have that many plugins. I turn all plugin twice and and still having the same issue.

    Any idea ?

    This issue was resolved. It was due to a conflict with the PlanSo plugin.

    Everything is now perfect. Thank you for going above and beyond to help me and fix this issue. It feels like a premium paid support
