Campaign shows up multiple times

Hi Lukas,

If you are using caching plugin, enable “Cache Friendly?” option in Icegram Settings and check.

Thanks for the reply. I enabled the Cache Friendly option, unfortunately my campaign does not seem to show up at all now.

Hi,

1. Clear the cache from caching plugin.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies and check. As you have selected option “Once shown, do NOT show this campaign again for one week”, so if the cookies is set on your browser then the campaign will not be display for that particular period.

Thanks for the reply. I re-checked – turns out I am currently not using a caching plugin. So I turned the Cache Friendly Option back off and the campaign shows up, but multiple times as mentioned above.
I followed your steps and cleared browser cache and cookies.

It seems your site is loading from the beta.fundaciontlaloc.org.
And while accessing it from fundaciontlaloc.org, it is not allowing to create cookies (this is considered as cross-domain request).

You can confirm this by browsing through beta.fundaciontlaloc.org.
the campaign rules are working properly and the campaign will not show up again.
