Campaign Service E-Mails contain hardcoded external hosted webfonts

  • Plugin file templates/campaigns/campaign-template.php included via core/Campaign_Service/Campaign_Service.php contains hardcoded external hosted Google webfonts:

    <link href="https://fonts.googleapis.com/css2?family=Poppins:wght@400;600&family=Roboto:wght@400;700&display=swap" rel="stylesheet"> ..

    Please remove this or include the font in plugin distribution with dynamic href in E-Mail template, we need to host all assets locally due to GDPR regulations.

    Stop marking this issue as ‘resolved’ every other day.

    Feel free to do so after a plugin update with a fix has been released.

    The issue is still there.

    We marked the thread as resolved as we already passed the information to our developers, who are evaluating the request. Unfortunately, we can’t provide you with any ETA for deploying such a fix and if it will be in any recent releases.

    We will keep this thread as ‘not resolved’ as you requested until such a fix is deployed in one of our future updates.
