    Hello, I am not sure whats happening here. Sometimes emails are sent and sometimes not. The campaign status is sent, but when I open the report the emails are in equeue.

    I tried to sent test mail to one subscriber – it works fine. What should I check?

    It appears that email is being blocked/discarded by the mailer. To confirm that, please find the following suggestions.

    1) Firstly, please check if you are receiving the test email from the third-party plugin. (Install > Send test email).

    2) After checking and confirming the test email then, we advise you to review the Email Sending Settings (navigate to Express > Settings > Email Sending > Choose a mailer for mail delivery).

    If you have selected WP Mail or Php Mail to send emails then suggest you check the Maximum emails to send at once option should not be more than the hosting provider email sending limit otherwise it will get discarded after crossing the limit.

    We recommend you to talk with your hosting provider /mailer about the sending limit status.
