Campaign monitor newsletter subscription not adding to my list

Hi Guys,

i am using this plugin for Campaign monitor, but when i test this, emails re going out but the user and email is not being aded to my Campaign monitor subscription list.

can you please help me work out why its not added to my mailing list. I have added the correct API keys but still no joy.
