Campaign Monitor empty forms

I have updated the plugin to the latest version, changed my shortcodes to the new ones(!) and am now left with blank spaces where the forms should be. Two divs, both empty. Have turned on debug mode and have seen this.

What is the solution to this problem, I have an urgent requirement to get this resolved on a live site.
P.S your debug logs seem to indiscriminately grab all calls, meaning sensitive personal data is being stored on the server which may contravene people’s data protection without the site owner realising it.
