Campaign has stopped sending halfway through contact list

I have a campaign running with 980 contacts. With about 390 emails sent, the campaign has stalled and stopped sending emails. It’s now nine hours later and the campaign still has a status of “Running” and shows it has sent Zero emails (but I have logs for 390).

Obviously, I need the campaign to start running from where it left off.
