campaign “has not received” resolved 860, but all 2300 were sent

After I detected, that only 25% of emails obviously reached the receiver , because only 25% of autoresponder emails have come back, I resent the email with filter “has not received”. Then this plugin told me: about 860 emails (out of 2300) to send. I clicked “send now”. Now I look into dashboard and see: 6700 emails sent today!!! (2300 + 1000 from to other campaigns) thats exactly the double(!!) sum of all emails I have!!! So seems that every email was sent twice, not only the 860 emails were sent! Same with other two compaign, where I also sent “has not received”: in one case plugin told me so resend about 250 out of 730. I also clicked yes. Now seems that ALL emails were sent again!!!
