Campaign deleted with latest update

    Hi there! I noticed that this plugin didn’t email out my latest post I posted on Dec 1, 2019. After review, I see my campaign for post notifications has been deleted. I did not delete this. Can you please check this? Is there a way to retrieve my notification?

  • Same issue here on our nonprofit page. Posted a #GivingTuesday post and it didn’t even make it to the Queue, nor was even listed in the queue. If you need to get the post out, you could copy and paste it into a broadcast and send. With tomorrow Dec, 3 being GivingTuesday, the post needed to go out tonight. I sent a message via the Help/Contact form.

    Sorry to hear that.

    We used to store deleted campaigns. We have added permanently delete campaigns feature in ES 4.3.4.

    So, we found that due to some missing condition check, some Post Notifications campaigns got deleted for few users.

    We have fixed this issue in 4.3.4.1+ and it should not occur again.

    Please check with latest version of ES.
