Camera and Microphone not working

  • When we go into the rooms, we all of a sudden have people that cannot see or hear others. The cameras and microphones will not turn on. These are people that have been using these groups since June, so they are not newbies. Is there an update or something that has happened to make this quit working? Please help asap. thanks

  • This is a global issue apparently as several site owners and myself are facing the same issues with self-hosted Jitsi and even Jitsi meet itself all at the same time! I don’t know what the hell is going on!

    Well dang…I guess I feel better that I’m not the only one, but crud. Do you know if there is a thread going on somewhere about this so I can follow along to see if it is being fixed?

    That’s even stranger than the problem! that no one is talking about it online!!
    I am talking with several Jitsi developers, if I reached something I will inform you, and please do the same.
