• We used WPFormsLite, which gave no trouble, until their last update… It broke our site contact form.

I reported the bug, as did many other users, and reverted to the older version, which worked fine.

Weeks went by, and then a month, but the bug was still not fixed.

It was something to do with how their java works with LiteSpeed cache, but none of the suggested fixes made any difference.

Finally, weeks later, I had to dump WPFormsLite, and tried several plugins to replace it.

Forminator won hands-down, and works perfectly.

I do hope they test any update thoroughly before release, and don’t use customers as beta-testers.

    Hey @1waytoheaven

First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We really appreciate it!

Secondly, as far as our process is concerned, every release goes by three different layers of QA testing and we also post early betas on our private test center for major releases to gather our users’ feedback before a release. That being said, it’s inevitable to avoid bugs/conflicts with other plugins, and when something like that happens, we try to fix such issues asap by doing hot-fix releases. We have done that in the past as well. So, hopefully, you’ll have a way better consumer experience with Forminator and other WPMU DEV products/services in general.

    Regards,
    Mukul Chawla
