Came back to work after holiday, site theme wont load – woocommerce forcing SSL?

Hello,
I just came back to work after our 4th of July holiday.
I have a woocommerce site that is IN DEVELOPMENT and just on an IP address instead of an actual domain name.
SO, I go to get started working on the site and i come to find none of the theme files are loading! I look in developers console and see this:

However, as I mentioned the site is IN DEVELOPMENT, i need to be able to dev and style woocommerce at this URL without a domain name and an SSL. This has never been a problem in the past! I really dont understand what happened over the weekend to make my site start behaving differently!
I checked woocommerce’s settings, and force ssl at checkout is disabled.
Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue ASAP!
