This is because your logo is too big.
The ideal logo size is 200px x 50px.
You can find this setting from your Customizer > Header > Change Logo.

no, es esto. Me refiero a que cada vez que hago clic en las diferentes páginas (botones, etc), la pagina se va arriba del todo y el usuario sieempre tiene que deslizar hacia abajo para ver la información.

Me gustaria que la cabezera se mantuviera arriba y el usuario poder seguir navegando por las diferentes páginas.

Do you mean that you’re using anchor links on the menu?

In such case, it’s needed to add the #DIV where DIV is the ID of the HTML element that you want the user to be scrolled to.

If you can share the URL of your website (the provided URL gives 403 forbidden error) we can take a look to better understand the issue.

veras que si vas navegando por la web, siempre se desplaza a la foto de cabecera, y tienes que deslizar cada vez hacia abajo para leer las páginas.

No comprendo como debo hacer lo que me indicas….

I’ve checked your website and it doesn’t seem that you’re using anchor links but it’s also website with multiple pages not one page website so it’s expected that the the top of the page is opened, that’s default functionality.

I would recommned you to reduce the height of the header for better user experience.
