Cambiar idioma , change languaje

Hola para cambiar el idioma a espa?ol. En qué carpeta tengo que guardar el archivo (.mo), que generó con poedit?
Lo uso en localhost y lo guardo en la carpeta donde están todas las traducciones y no me funciona.
