calling Tinynce function

    On my post.php i am unable to see tinymce visual tab.how can i call visual tab is there any function to call tinymce visual tab.presently the_quicktags() funtion is called wchich includes quicktags.js. where shd i call js files of tinymce.Can any body help me in this
