Calling specific entries from pods

Hi!

I have a pod with companies and another one with employees.
No employee works for more than 1 company.

I want to call for all the employees of a certain company, but no matter how I try to go about it, the template will spit out all the employees.

How can I make a template so that only employees from a specific company get listed?

Any advice is highly appreciated!
