calling functions on different root

I am using WP on the main index page but then I added a pages folder to the theme and created pages inside there, in hopes of picking and choosing which WP functions to use. Well I want to use the search feature or maybe a sidebar feature on certain pages and leave the rest static, but I cant figure out how to use the php to call the function from one root to the next. I hope this makes sense, my terminology might be a bit off. My site is https://www.kustomkultur.com and I added the page https://kustomkultur.com/wp-content/themes/transblack-12/pages/beam.html
