Calling [cf7cal inputname] resets other fields and calendar doesn't show

Calendar is being called as follows:

<td>Event Date You plan to Rent<span class=”red”>*</span></td>
<td>[cf7cal inputname]</td>
</tr>

When you click the “…” if any other info is input, they will be cleared out. Also, the calendar does not appear under any circumstances.
