• First off I started using woo back in Feb, it has been touch and go,but I am a little code savy and have made things work,
    I have purchased 5 plug ins from woo and everything SEEMED to be working.

    Here it is may and now my web site is booming 400 visits a day.
    Issue is Im getting 10 calls a day from potential customers that they are having ISSUES ordering off our website,… I have tested, retested and I can no duplicate any issues..

    What I am asking is for you to test and help me find where woo commerce is failing,, this is a hidden issue I can not track down..

    Im not sure if its at add to cart or if its at check out as conversations are different with each phone call..

    The fact we process orders from some daily and have others tell me they could not complete sounds like a browser issue.. BUT AGAIN I CAN NOT duplicate any issue..

    So Im asking PLEASE test my website and help track down what is causing errors ( hidden ) I can not find.

    But, I think you would get more luck actually _asking_ the people who’re having problems what is happening. They’re the people who want to buy your stuff, they should be willing to let you know what’s going wrong with your site, especially if they’re already phoning in about it.

    Errors I cant figure our what is causing from cutomers that have called

    Click on checkout, takes to paypal.. Paypal after filling out info, kicks user back to site with no order complete and I have no order canceled

    Issue 2: Checkout error for billing address not exepting p.o boxes for shipping ,, Returns no value and no proceed to paypal..

    Others that had errors, have just stated unable to complete order just hangs with nothing happing

    Ive updated usps / gravity forms / dynamic pricing and others just 2 days ago,, and yesterday was first day I had errors that customers told me about,,

    So one of them is causing it ?
