    HI there, the plugin is not loading in ajax website, do you have any callback code for ajax ?? please help. for experience visit our site https://www.gaanbaksho.com.au then click “submit event” or contact us page. thanks

  • Hi gaanbaksho,

    If your theme is using AJAX to load pages, our form assets are probably not loading. On standard sites, we conserve site resources by only loading our form’s assets on pages where a form is detected — however, themes that load pages with AJAX avoid a true refresh, so the header and footer (where assets like this get added) don’t update.

    You should be able to get around this, though, by loading our form assets site-wide. To do this, go to WPForms > Settings and check the box labeled ‘Load Assets Globally’ (shown in this screenshot: https://cloud.supportally.com/391M1D0H202A).

    Could you give that a try, refresh the site, and let me know if this starts working for you?
