Callback failure

  • Hi,

    Anyone provide an answer to how to deal with the following error message from Worlpay?

    Error reported: Callback to https://mywebsite/?wcapi%2FWC_Gateway_WorldPay_Form=:NOT OK, recevied HTTP status: 404

    I’ve been trying for over a week to resolve this common issue but to no avail. I’ve attempted to follow the various suggestions posted throughout the web but without success. Am at a loss as to how to proceed.

    Any suggestions welcome, I’m a relative newbie to wordpress and Worldpay payment systems.

    I do have word fence installed and wonder whether this may be causing a problem/conflict?
