Call to Wordfence API to resolve IPs failed

Hi,
The “Wordfence Live Activity” bar should display what is happening in “Scan Detailed Activity” section, so it’s a little bit strange to have a scan finished without any problem and still having this error right there in the “Wordfence Live Activity” bar.

Could you please make sure while the scan is running that the “Wordfence Live Activity” bar on “Firewall” page for example is displaying the same info as in “Scan Detailed Activity”? also, I suggest enabling “Start all scans remotely” in (Wordfence > Tools => Diagnostics) then run a new scan and re-check this issue.

I just purchased an API but when I paste it into the API slot under Options and click Save, nothing happens. It just cycles for eternity.
I followed the recommendations at Wordfence’s site and copied from the browser console (attached)

This error keeps cycling:
Content Security Policy: The page’s settings observed the loading of a resource at https://nrpc.olark.com/nrpc/p?j=olark-551507400239035&&c=pollevents&q=6063.39034.55&i=5Lv2po4urnNZuyLe3u8fb0T01BAA11BU&s=2858-994-10-8563&v=00jNCFy91s7BaZ0z3u8fb0T01BAA11BU&g=undefined&cb=hbl.client.callbacks.pollevents&after=1507395807567&next_poll_time=45000&version=api-1.2.1&pretty=true&_rnd=0.6942105628467388 (“script-src https://www.wordfence.com ‘unsafe-inline’ ‘unsafe-eval’ https://www.paypal.com https://www.paypalobjects.com https://www.google-analytics.com https://cdn.ravenjs.com https://cdn.optimizely.com https://*.adroll.com”). A CSP report is being sent.

I’d love some insight on this. Site reporting malware infection.
