• Hello,
    I am getting two error messages from Wordfence, and actually my site is down completely today and we can’t seem to figure out why.

    I am getting the following messages:
    [May 01 13:17:35:1493644655.375168:2:error] Call to Wordfence API to resolve IPs failed: There was an error connecting to the the Wordfence scanning servers: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 0 milliseconds with 0 out of 0 bytes received

    [May 01 05:42:52:1493617372.078456:1:error] <br /> <b>Fatal error</b>: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in <b>/data/1/0/2/2/2328/user/38874/htdocs/TESTSITE/wp-content/plugins/wordfence/lib/wordfenceURLHoover.php</b> on line <b>122</b><br />

    I am not able to get a scan to initiate and complete. I can’t get a BackupBuddy backup to initiate and complete either.

    Any ideas? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers.

    I don’t think this could be related to your website being down, could you please confirm you are running the latest version of Wordfence 6.3.8 released two days ago?
