Thank you very much for using our plugin @ylkyrg

I am sorry to read about your issue.

Can you please advise if the plugin is still running? As in is this a show stopper and the plugin cannot be used, or is this error being reported when you do something very specific?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi @robert681

So far it has only occurred once to a user while logging in. The plugin is still running.

Possibly also relevant: the site uses WPS Hide Login.

We have the same issues. Now I saw it three times.

Thank you for the update @ylkyrg

If it happened only one, it could be that it happened during the upgrade – these things can happen especially for those few seconds during which the plugin is unavailable due to the upgrade.

Please keep an eye on the logs and let us know should it happen again.

@keengamer – thank you for your message and for using our plugin. Please open your own support forum thread if you need support for us. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
